Two forms in conversation — one reaching upward, the other grounding itself in the earth. The majolica technique, perfected in the workshops of Renaissance Italy, is here reimagined as a vehicle for contemporary expression. The mixed oxides create a palette that shifts from warm earth tones to cool metallic blues.
